They cut your abdomen from hip to hip accross your bikini line, pull it tight and chop off the slack. The risk of infection is quite high too. Loads of MRSA about.

The scar is long, stapled closed and it aint pretty. You'll look ok clothed though.

Unless you have a really good reason for wanting it I wouldnt.
Especially as the NHS is strectched to the limit already.
