I am interested in advice on a tummy tuck. Here's why.

All my life I have had a "pooch" in front. Even after I lost a lot of weight (I am 5'2", and weigh 128 lbs and am 39 years old). I go to the gym and work out both cardio and weights. At one point I was doing 200 sit ups at a time and going for 300. I could feel muscle tone beneath but the damned pooch was still there. This is incredibly discouraging when I am doing everything the fitness and diet magazine suggest!

My swim suits look bad, I want to wear a slinky dress without a bulge, and when I gained weight friends actually asked if I was pregnant.

I'm just about in tears because so many clothes make me look fat because of this and I'm at the lowest weight I've seen since I was in college.

Would this surgery help me at all? And does it last?

Hell yes go for it! I'm gonna get the works when I hit my goal weight, I had gastric by-pass 6 yrs ago, porked up then, this past april I got the lap-band, Look I'll always be a big girl but I just don't want the rolls! You feel me? Nip and tuck baby! oh yeah lift up the boobs too. yea hI decided with the xtra skin they cut off I'm gonna make a purse and a matching pair of shoes! LOL!

I have seen photos of Lindsay Lohan and she obviously had a tummy tuck. The downside is, her bellybutton rose and fell just under her ribcage! Does the bellybutton have to be "displaced" or something?
