Post Fake Eyelashes?

Does anyone here have a positive experience with fake eyelashes? I have never worn them. I have seen a few people where they were partially falling off and it looked horrible. Some of them are probably decent, but I also think that some of them just look tacky, because they are so long, they obviously aren't real. They don't enhance the natural beauty, they just look gaudy. So, does anyone here like them? Is there any certain brand that is really good?

I haven't tried fake eyelashes, either, and I probably never would. Mascara works well for me, and the fake lashes I've seen do look fake. Also, you'd have to glue them on, and then take them off - too much work.

I havent tried them either, I use Yves Saint Laurent Everlong Mascara, my lashes look amazing without looking false. It also conditions lashes as you use it.

I haven't heard of that product. I'll have to check into it. Thanks for sharing the information!

I think fake lashes might work only for someone who performs onstage, and is viewed from afar by the audience. Regular mascara might not be enough for a situation like this, you'd need something more prominent.

Fake lashes are very popular these days. You can get permanent individual lashes applied or you can go the old-fashioned full temporary lashes route.

I kind of felt the same as most of you for a long time but then I was going to a glam party and thought I'd give it a try as my lashes are naturally quite short and straight. On my first attempt they were really too long and I felt like a drag queen, but the second time I cut them to a shorter length and they looked great.
Try the girls aloud range from superdrug or new look - they're a reasonable price and I found them easy to put on and they didn't fall off

What I've found to work the best is save your money on fake eyelashes. For about $75 you can get artificial eyelash "weaves" that last about 6 weeks. they're safe and last a long time and way more natural looking. can be done by a licensed aesthetician.
