Recently we have been making upgrades on the message boards and soon we will be moving to a very new interface as well that is much faster with more functionalities. As the avatars being hosted by us previously were not enabled, our recent experiments with this functionality led to this silly avatar coming up while we were trying things out. We have taken care of this problem and now you should be able to upload avatars. There is absolutely no security problem whatsoever with our site, and there is no reason to be changing accounts or passwords. For your information, our message boards are hosted in entirely different machines from sensitive data involving your names, passwords, shopping history, etc and have never been breached ever in the last 7 years we have done business.

We know the avatar threw some of you for a loop, but rest assured there’s nothing going on. We are now doing some testing on new functionalities for the message board which we hope to activate within the next month or so.

I finally got around to fixing the problem with users not being able to upload an avatar. I also increase the avatar size to 30KB's as well as increased the avatar size limit to 120x120.

I also enabled attachments, so you should now be able to upload files and pictures directly to the forum!

Earlier this week Grand Theft Auto IV started stuttering for many people when they went to play it on their PC. This was because of a recent Windows Live update that made the game start to stutter or stutter even worse than it already had. The issue, which caused a minor splash, has now been fixed so everyone here that wasn't complaining about it can go back to doing just that.

Microsoft released a brief sentence about the fix, "Thanks for your patience, a new update is available that addresses the stuttering issue with GTA IV. Just log in and apply the new update." All is thus well in the world of GTA PC gaming and we can all go back to appreciating the wonders of running down strangers for fun.
