I cannot control my eating of junk food
Hello everyone,
I am a working executive, working long hours and addicted to fast food, usually eating while I'm in the office. I seem to eat whether I'm hungry or not and have got to a stage where I am unable to control my eating habit. Unfortunately, my weight is increasing and I'm being forced to buy clothes a size larger than normal. I can devote a little time to exercise, but is there a recommended safe way to lose weight? I've heard of all these diets, such as Atkins, that don't sound very healthy at all.

I would recommend starting with gradual replacement of junk food / fast food with something healthier, like fruit or salad or perhaps homemade steamed patties (chicken, beef, anything you like). Trying something radical, like dropping fast food altogether, will be too hard for you at this point. Start slow and work your way up.

It seems to me that you should understand that the easy way of the weight loss doesn't exist. First of all you should possess the strong motivation to begin the process of the recreation of your body health. The problem of the normalisation of your weight will be solved simultaneously with your conversion to the healthy life-style.

Hello
These are foods which are low in nutrition but high in calories. They contain a high amount of fat, oil, salt or sugar. Examples can include too much chocolate or candies, potato chips, over-fried items etc.
Needless to say they can be bad for your weight loss efforts and even bad for health if you eat too much of these junk foods. For better health, we need to stay away from eating junk food as much as possible because they come with so many bad effects.
While it may not be so easy to completely cut down on eating junk food, we can certainly lessen our consumption with a little bit of determination. By lessening consumption of junk food we can also curb over-eating to a certain extent thereby helping in proper weight management.

Hi, it sounds like you are a busy person! I can relate, I am a full time student and also work 20 hours a week and finding time to workout has become increasingly difficult. My trick to making sure I eat right is to pack my lunch and snacks the night before so they are ready in the morning. I pack things such as tuna, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, turkey and cheese, rice cakes, wheat thins, pretzels, carrots, hummus, fruit etc, healthy things that still keep you full. There are also some sweeter things you can include that are much better for you than junk food, try Kellogg fiber plus or special k granola bars, fat free pudding, nut mix with chocolate chips and raisins etc. If you expand your horizons the options are limitless. This will also help you maintain your weight and with a little exercise also lose it because a lot of this food is high in fiber and protein.

We Can Motivate You!
Hi there,
My name's Danielle and I'm part of a motivational group called Innercore-Fitness.com Unlike most personal trainers, we don't actually meet up with our clients... Instead we call and/or email them at least once every day to keep them feeling encouraged (or to tell them off if we think they're losing focus! lol). We can also design an exercise and diet plan that will help you achieve your goal - even if you want to be a beach babe or a body-builder, we've got that covered too! Anyway, just thought I'd offer yous our services. Check out our website and feel free to email me back at: danielle@innercore-fitness.com if you're interested.
Good luck with everything you do,
Danielle x

Great selection of healthy food choices puamelia. Trying a variety of healthy new foods might help, and you will probably soon find some favorites. I would suggest focusing of fresh fruit, it is tasty and filling, and you can eat lots of it without worrying about gaining weight or harming your health.

I love fresh fruit. Also, dipping carrots in a little ranch dip can be a very satisfying and tasty treat in the middle of the day when you just need a snack.

Well you should stop eating junk food.Junk food is so bad for our health. You Put a cup of water on your side closely when you wanna eat something, you can drink more water instead of eating junk food. I do it and it useful for me.You can try. You cant solve your addiction towards junk food through this, however you can take less amount of that unhealthy food.
