Well, every search engine has its own method of searching, indexing and returning results to user-queries, and no one can actually compare between different search providers..



However, Google is a more popular search engine and as it focuses mainly on search, we can presume that it does that work quite well. From my personal experiences, i can tell that a search query in Google returns more important results than other search engines. this is because Google has employed a considerable amount of research time into evolving the most efficient technologies for an efficient and useful search engine.

We cannot say which is better of two,both the search engines has its own database and its links.But difference is that some countries use yahoo and other countries use google.
So people who familiar with google think that google is the only search engine for searching the items.

It's all down to personal preference as they are both totally different search engines. Have a look at the Yahoo UK homepage - it's FULL of information from news, horoscopes, dating and the search bar. Compare this to the Google UK homepage and it's literally JUST a search bar. iGoogle is a customisable version of this, allowing you to add as many widgets as you like!

i use google all the time, for it is better

Google is easier than Yahoo, and more than 45% people use it.

I automatically always use Google. I can't say which is better but I never think to use another search engine other then google.

Google and yahoo both are powerful tools.normally people prefer to use google more because it is faster and reliable search engine. its provide better search results. moreover google offer great services to the users like gmail, google talk, google adsense, google translate and many more.

They're both good but for me Google is a lot way better since it give us more accurate search result and their services and products are also helpful.

For me it's got to be Google! It's so much more user friendly and clean looking!

The quality of search results are far better from Google .
