I have very weak, brittle nails that's why I need to put nail polish all the time to make it stronger and prevent it from cracking. I'm using sally hansen at the moment and it's not working very well for me. I mean, I have to re-apply every week or so. Can you suggest other brands that would stay put for at least two weeks? re-applying every week can be annoying and time-consuming.
I use Sally Hansen as well and you're right about having to reapply every week. I've used all kinds of stuff from no-name brands to Sally Hansen and L'Oreal. It's been awhile since I've used L'Oreal though. I don't really remember how long it lasted.
I used to apply nail polish before. However, I noticed that my nails was not good every time I want to get my polish off. Do you think, this nail polish could also give us unhealthy nails?
What do you mean not good? How were you able to tell when your nails are covered with nail polish Anyway, some nail polishes can leave yellow stain on your nails when you take it off, I'd say stay clear from those brands.
I go to the nail salon and get my nails done. I don't get the fake nails, just my regular nails polished there. It seems to last a lot longer, plus they do a wonderful job.
When I do them at home I use many brands of nail polish, Sally Hansen, L'Oreal but most often Revlon.
Those are good brands of beauty products huh. I only apply nail polish like once in two weeks my nails always looks so yellowish right after I removed the nail polish.

well i am using bobbie..but not really that often..coz i like my nails to breathe at least and prevent them from chipping..i noticed that the culprit is not the nail polish but the soap or the cuticle remover itself..it must be properly wash by tap water before applying anything..(the nails of course)
Two weeks is a long time, even the best nail polish will need to be reapplied since your nails will grow out, and the uncovered "gap" will show up at the base. I can, however, recommend a good non-chipping nail polish that will last at least 10 days, usually more: Sally Hansen's 10 Days No Chip.
