I don't think you'll be able to actually remove the wrinkles. However, they do sell these "stickers" called "Frownies" and you put them on while you're home or before you go to bed and they are supposed to "train" you not to make those faces which cause frown wrinkles. Other than that, I would try moisturizer daily.

The deep, 'static' lines your describing are very well treatable. If you don't want Botox, you can have dermal fillers used to 'fill' the existing wrinkle.
