Default Does facial yoga work?

I found on the internet there are many tutorial CDs/DVDs, books and ebooks about facial yoga. It refers to facial exercises to stretch facial muscles, doing which regularly will contribute to relaxation and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Do you think it works?

I wish you had pasted the links so that I could try and tell you if it works. I need that.

Well, for instance, this video YouTube - LOOK YOUNGER! w/ Happy Face Yoga Facial Exercises

It guides you to doing facial exercise for free. But some DVDs or books are sold for a quite high price. I came across a 15-minute exercise on DVDs being sold for more than $30.

I've never heard of facial yoga, but your post has me quite interested. Can you share the sites you saw it at? Something that relaxes you and makes you look better. Sounds like a winner to me.

Hello. To be honest, I didn't even know that there's a facial yoga, only now. But I think, it'll work. Yoga is an exercise used to keep out body healthy so it probably does have an effect if its mainly for the face.

Oh my gosh! Thanks for sharing the link to that you tube video. I tried it out my self I really feel as if my face just had a work out. I feel great. It didn't show any effects of course since this is the first time I've done it. But you can really feel that your face had an exercise and, is wonderful.

I haven't heard about facial yoga before. It sounds interesting. Although I haven't tried it yet, I guess this could really work. By the way, I saw the video and it was exciting. Is there any other exercises?

I'm sure there must be other exercises. When I watched that video it kinda gave the impression that there were. Did you try the exercises? I did. It was interesting.

I first heard of facial yoga a year ago but I never tried it. I'm afraid that too much facial expressions, the tugging and scrunching of face would only cause me wrinkles. lol!
