Posture Problems
I have got a real problem with my posture, and I have done ever since I was a teenager. No matter what I do I always seem to be slouching, and I can never get comfortable. I am even aware of it when I lay in bed.
Is there anything practical that I can do to teach myself how to sit, walk and stand properly.

All I know is to train yourself to keep your shoulders back and to sit up straight. When you catch yourself, slouching, sit up straight and hopefully it will be come a habit.

I had mild scoliosis when I was a kid, and my doctor had given me a set of exercises to do to correct it. (I was not very good at doing those.) I also had undergone some special massage. The most important advice I had received that helped me was to always remember my posture and take a conscious effort to keep my back straight. It will not come instantly; you will forget and remember, straighten up for a bit and forget again. But if you make it a priority, it will become a habit.

This will help:
Just think that you are a celebrity and thousands of people are watching you. Also, there are many cameras focussed on you.. so dont let that smile fade off..

Yes, I suppose thinking that you are on camera will help! It's the same principle of remembering to watch your posture, and this little trick might make it a little easier.

Thanks! I really feel that that video is a big improvement to my other video game videos. The other ones seemed to drag on too much both in length and pacing. I think I'm getting closer to the formula I need to achieve for my videos but I still need as much feedbacks as possible to reach that point.

Your body is held in various positions by your skeletal muscles.Movements are possible because of muscles pulling on bones. If you have ever noticed a crane working on a construction site you will know the beam of the crane is somewhat like the bones of your arms and legs.
